color Palette

I started working on the color palette. Like everything else in this project, it is a rushed release, a bit broken and incomplete, but it is there. You can now import .hex palettes from sites like lospec.com. I am planning to let you export your own palettes, import images using the palette, and add several other features. Most of these come from the CLI version of Pix, but now they will be available in the web version with improvements. The circle and ellipse tool is still broken, and I will fix it later.

You can either click on one of the palette colors like a peasant to select it, or use the keyboard keys “-” or “=” to shuffle through the options.
