Some fixes where done to the option and sifi scripts

**Update: Minor Fixes and Improvements**

I'm excited to announce a new update for the Ultimate Bash ScriptBundle, focusing on enhancing the user experience and ensuring everything runs smoothly for everyone. This update includes several minor fixes, such as function renaming, variable changes, and other small improvements to streamline the scripts.

One of the key improvements in this update is the resolution of an issue with the sifi script used in the bund script to provide the bin_info.md file. While this issue was easily solved, I've taken the opportunity to update the entire package to ensure that everything is working perfectly for all users.

I'm committed to making the Ultimate Bash ScriptBundle as plug and play as possible, and this update is a step towards that goal. I hope these improvements enhance your experience with the scripts. As always, if you encounter any issues or have any suggestions, please let me know.
